Melbourne Vixens Competition T&Cs

1. The competition is organised by B.M.D. Constructions Pty Ltd (1 Sandpiper Ave, Port of Brisbane QLD 4178) (the ‘Promotor’), and the prize is a 2025 signed Melbourne Vixens playing dress valued at $1,500.00. The Promotor is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant in connection with this competition.

2. Save for the directors, officers, and employees of the Promotor, and the immediate family members of the foregoing, the competition is open to any person of any age, located within Australia. For the purposes of this clause ‘immediate family member’ means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, parent, child, sibling, whether or not they reside in the same household.

3. Competition participants must complete the entry form provided by the Promotor and answer the specified question correctly. Only participants who answer the question correctly will be eligible to win. The competition is strictly one entry per person.

4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The prize will be drawn at 9:00am (AEST) on 8 July 2025 at 1 Sandpiper Avenue, Port of Brisbane QLD 4178. The winner will be notified by phone once drawn and arrangements will be made for prize collection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. The winner’s name may also be published on the Promotor’s website.

5. The competition period will run from 7:00am, 30 June 2025 until 9:00am, 7 July 2025 (AEST).

6. The prize is as stated and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. The prize is non-transferable, and the Promotor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. The Promotor reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

8. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with this competition and in accordance with the Promotor’s privacy policy.

9. The Promotor will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by any participant in respect of the competition. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
