Justin Devantier is a seasoned construction executive with over 25 years of international experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects across the UK, Australia, and the Philippines.

Beginning his career as a site and project engineer, Justin developed deep technical and commercial expertise while progressing through leadership roles within the BMD Group, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager.

In these roles, he successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of high-value transport and urban infrastructure projects in Queensland, New South Wales and ACT.

In 2024, Justin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Prime Metro BMD Corporation to lead its strategic growth in the Philippines.

Under his leadership, PrimeBMD has rapidly evolved into one of the country’s most trusted Triple-A contractors, recognised for its delivery of marine and ports, water services, critical infrastructure, land development, and civil projects with a people-first, safety-driven approach.
