BMD has been appointed to deliver Western Sydney International Airport’s Business Precinct Stage One, marking the first phase of infrastructure and services ahead of passenger flights commencing in October 2026.
The precinct will deliver warehouse and logistics facilities, commercial office, bulky goods retail space, arterial road connections, an internal road network, to serve the early requirements of the region and airport operations.
