BMD is evolving our Brisbane Lions AFLW partnership with our refreshed brand now making its mark on player shorts – powering every sprint, tackle and winning moment for the 2025 season.

The season opener kicks off this Sunday at home ground Brighton Homes Arena where BMD’s new look is featured across the venue’s light poles and grandstand, and in the thick of the on-field action.

BMD Chief Executive Officer Scott Power says the move reflects BMD’s agility and long-term commitment to empowering women in sport and the construction industry.

“As a long-time partner of the Brisbane Lions, currently serving as premier partner of the club and major partner of the AFLW team, BMD is advancing opportunities for women in underrepresented industries and supporting grassroots initiatives on and off the field through our athlete employment program.”

“We’re proud to have our brand showcased right amongst the action – supporting the Lions AFLW every step of the way. Since their 2017 league debut, they have been a dominant force with multiple grand final appearances and wins, and we look forward to seeing them strive for more success in the 2025 season and beyond," he said.

Previously involved with the development of the club’s home base at Brighton Homes Arena, BMD is excited to support the Lions AFLW in the 2025 season and capture the energy and momentum of the game with the new logo positioning.
