Ivan Fratric

Ivan is a results driven General Manager with 20 years’ experience working across large-scale workforces delivering major construction projects.

He is highly skilled in network planning and building collaborative relationships, and skilled in all aspects of project management entailing contract and finance, supply chain, risk and opportunity, performance reporting and contract and employment law. Ivan acquires a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of each client's objectives and ensures detailed project planning is undertaken to meet these. He drives positive business outcomes through effective project and people management to achieve high performance levels and deliver a quality product.

Ivan has overseen several major BMD projects including the $280 million Western Treatment Plant 5W NRP project and $114 million Mickleham Road Upgrade. He aligns project resources effectively, plans and executes strategies and tactical priorities to maximise project efficiency and profitability. He has strong knowledge of OHS legislation and maintains high safety methods and practices across projects, fostering a HSEQ focused culture.
