BMD is delivering essential civil and road infrastructure to support the Birtinya Central town centre development, a major mixed-use precinct on the Sunshine Coast.
BMD's works include civil infrastructure including bulk earthworks and site preparation works, stormwater drainage, sewer and water services and road network connections across 13 hectares, helping bring the vision for Birtinya to life while laying the foundations for a vibrant, connected destination for the growing Sunshine Coast community.
The future town centre is planned to include up to 2,600 homes alongside retail, dining, entertainment, commercial and community spaces.
