BMD is delivering the Brisbane Stadium Early Works package at Victoria Park for the Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA).

The project involves major civil earthworks and enabling infrastructure to prepare the site for future development under a design and construct contract with design partner GHD.

As part of Queensland's delivery pathway, the works will help establish the foundations to construct Brisbane Stadium ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a significant piece of infrastructure that will become an enduring legacy for Queensland's sporting and entertainment community.

BMD has engaged long-term partner and Indigenous-owned Bajara Plant Hire to support project delivery through the provision of plant and machine operators and site administrators, strengthening workforce capability while creating practical pathways for First Nations people into the construction industry.
