Outcomes

Delivered water to Kangaroo Island ahead of the 2024 fire season, extending water security to townships between Penneshaw and Kingscote.

Delivered cost efficiencies for SA Water through practical solutions, including reduced service clearances and cover in select scenarios.

Overcame supply chain constraints due to limited access to the island’s quarry and restricted spray-seal opportunities through proactive communication and coordination with other contractors.

Ensured workforce continuity despite transport challenges caused by unpredictable ferry cancellations, leveraging flexibility and strong relationships with local accommodation providers.
