BMD signs Adam Reynolds as Athlete Ambassador
Adam is recognised as a respected leader in elite sport, known for his calm approach under pressure, resilience and ability to bring teams together. His leadership reflects the qualities that matter in any high-performing environment, from setting standards, backing your team, taking responsibility and staying focused when it matters most.
Through the partnership, Adam will engage with Team BMD through events, speaking opportunities and internal engagement initiatives, sharing insights that support leadership, safety, wellbeing and team performance.
BMD CEO Scott Power said the partnership reflects BMD’s commitment to building high-performing teams across the business.
“At BMD, we know that great outcomes are achieved by great teams. Delivering complex infrastructure for communities across Australia relies on people who trust each other, hold themselves accountable and stay focused under pressure.
“Adam Reynolds understands what it takes to set standards, bring a team together and perform in high-pressure environments. His experience has strong relevance for our people and the way we lead, communicate, work safely and support each other.
“As a family-owned business, our values of Family, Empowered, Collaborative and Driven shape how we work and how we look after our people. This partnership gives our team the opportunity to learn from Adam’s leadership approach and apply those insights across our business,” Mr Power said.
Adam Reynolds said the partnership reflects values that are important to him both on and off the field.
“Family, hard work and team-first performance are principles I value strongly as an athlete and as a leader. I see those same qualities in BMD’s culture and I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences with Team BMD.
“If I can help people think about how they respond under pressure, support their team and perform at their best, then I’m doing my job as a BMD Ambassador,” Mr Reynolds said.
Driven by a purpose of powering futures and creating enduring legacies through collaboration, BMD’s corporate partnerships create value by building genuine connections and delivering meaningful outcomes. That’s the power of BMD.
