UNIQ You is a Queensland based not-for-profit committed to supporting young women pursuing STEM related fields. In Australia, female engineers on construction sites constitute to 12% of the workforce, while women in the construction industry as a whole account for 18.1%. An inclusive and diverse environment is needed to allow a broader perspective when working.
